TMPrice prices your products and keeps stock in sync on Amazon, Walmart and eBay — and every single change comes with a full decision record: what the competitors did, what the strategy computed, which checks it passed. No black box. No accidental losses.
An answer to “why this price?” — straight from the console.
Seven stations, each with its own verdict: the competitor snapshot, nine input checks, plausibility anchors, the strategy’s arithmetic, the price gate with your floors and ceilings, and what was sent to the store. Kept forever. This is a real record — scroll through it.
Screens on this page are from the live console in a demo workspace — synthetic amounts, the real decision path.
Every offer with its price, Buy Box state, gap to the winner and effective floor — and a “Why this price” link on every row. Any screen exports to CSV or Excel exactly as you see it.
When a strategy wants a price below your floor, the floor wins and the hold is journaled. One line tells you what that was worth.
Beat the lowest, target a margin, win the Buy Box — each strategy says what it does in one line, is versioned, and shows exactly which offers it prices.
Break-even — your cost plus the marketplace’s fees — is part of the price floor, enforced at the database level. Clearance below cost exists, but only with your explicit signed confirmation.
Target the Buy Box price with shipping, then step back up while you hold it. Compete only with FBA, only with FBM, or with everyone.
Download templates prefilled with your real data — costs, min/max, strategies, stock. Edit, upload, see exactly what will change, apply all-or-nothing.
One shared pool feeds every channel, minus a safety buffer you control. If our number and the store’s number diverge, you see it.
Every decision, stop and role change is recorded and can never be rewritten — by anyone. Export any screen to CSV or Excel.
Your min/max and the channel’s own price bounds sit side by side, and conflicts between them are flagged before they cost you a listing.
You never flip a switch you haven’t watched first.
Connect your account and the engine runs fully — but sends nothing to your store. You review every decision it would have made. Zero risk.
One switch starts sending prices. Floors, ceilings and step limits apply to every single change, no exceptions.
One button stops everything — a product, a channel, or the whole store — instantly, with a note on the permanent record.
“A robot can be trusted with your money only if it can explain every step — and is physically unable to sell at a loss without your signature.”
The principle TMPrice is built on
Effective date: October 29, 2026. TMPrice (“we”) provides repricing and inventory synchronization services for marketplace sellers. This policy describes what we collect and how we handle it.
Marketplace data is used solely to provide the service you configured: computing prices within your bounds, synchronizing stock, and producing reports and audit journals for you. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any outside party, and we do not use it for advertising.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access credentials and tokens are stored encrypted and are never displayed, logged, or shared. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis, and every access to the service is recorded in an audit journal.
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet marketplace program requirements; competitor market data is retained for at most 18 months. You may revoke the application’s access at any time in your marketplace account, and you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
